小池聡氏（こいけ さとし）

ngi group株式会社（東証マザーズ2497）前代表執行役社長CEO 、ネットイヤーグループ株式会社（東証マザーズ3622）創業者。
電通とGEの合弁会社の米国駐在員と して90年代初めよりiSi電通アメリカ副社長、iSi電通ホールディングス副社長CFO兼Netyear Group, Inc. CEOなどを歴任。シリコンアレー、シリコンバレーを中心にネットビジネスの投資・インキュベーションおよびコンサルティング事業を展開。1998年にNetyear Group, Inc.をMBOし独立。1999年に日本法人ネットイヤーグループ㈱を設立。㈱ネットエイジグループ代表取締役（現ngi group㈱）を経て現職。これまでに経済産業省、総務省、内閣府のIT関連委員を歴任。現在、東京商工会議所国際経済委員会委員、情報サービス分科会(渋谷支部)会長。2007年度日中韓若手経済人サミット日本代表団団長。日米中におけるIT・投資業界での約25年以上の経験を生かしベンチャーの育成と次世代インターネット（3D Internet）に注力。

Satoshi Koike is the President & CEO of 3Di,Inc., leading 3D Internet solution company.
Prior to taking the reigns at 3Di,Mr.Koike was President & CEO of ngi group(TSE 2497) and Founder of Netyear Group Corporation(TSE 3622).
He began working as an expatriate for a joint venture formed between Dentsu and General Electric and worked in various job positions in the realm of IT and Internet projects in the United States and Japan. He took on the role of Executive Vice President & COO of iSi Dentsu of America Inc.and CEO of Netyear Group, Inc. There he gained exposure to business investment in various Internet businesses as well as gaining experience in incubation and consulting services. In 1998, Netyear Group, Inc. became an independent group through an MBO.
In his career he has served in advisory committees of the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry, Ministry of
Internal Affairs and Communications, and Cabinet Office, and he currently serves as a Tokyo Chamber of Commerce International Economics Committee Member and the Chairman of the Information Services Subcommittee （Shibuya Division）. In fiscal year 2007 Satoshi served as the Representative of the Japanese Group participating in the Japan, China, Korea Young Economist Summit. As his work experience demonstrates, Satoshi can leverage his vast experiences in the IT and investment industries in Japan, the United States and China to help industry achieve even bigger successes in its various businesses.
